What does being in the RL100 mean to you?

Recently but before the fun and games at #RecFest18 I shared a post on Linkedin asking what it meant to be a part of the #RL100.

Below I have brought together all of the wonderful comments that I received explaining what it is to be a part of the most active group of recruitment leaders in the UK.

I have since been invited and attended a RL100 meeting in London on In-house Executive Search. I was well looked after and played an active role in the discussion and can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience.

The work that’s being done as part of the RL100 and the general work that’s being carried out by RecEventsCo like RecFest is truly exciting and building the future of recruitment in the UK and beyond.

Thank you to everybody who’s a part of #RL100 and to the other contributors to this post. Clearly there are some great comments and reasons for being a part of RL100 and more importantly for being passionate about recruitment and shaping what the future could look like.
